CRA Issued a Class License regulation related to Wi-Fi 6E.
On April 26, 2022, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) published the provisions of the Class License for the use of Radio Local Area Network (RLAN) devices over the lower part of the 6GHz band with references (CRA/SM/TA/001/2022).
The CRA announced with immediate effect, the lower part of the 6 GHz band (5925-6425MHz) is available and allocated under the Class Licensing regime for the use of RLAN devices.

CRA has published the Class License for Short Range Devices - Version 4
On May 19, 2021, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), has published the Class License for Short Range Devices – Version No. (4). The new version includes additional applications of radio communication devices, and the major changes for the new regulation are:
1- Allow the bands: 2400-2483.5MHz, 5150-5250MHz, and 5725-5875MHz for those devices that will be installed in vehicles, trams, and trains only.
2- Increased the power limits of the band 2400-2483.5MHz to 100mW (e.i.r.p.).
3- Increased the power limits of the band 5470-5725MHz to 1000mW (e.i.r.p.).
4- Decreased the power limits of the band 5725-5875MHz (WiFi applications) to 25mW (e.i.r.p.).
