Regulation updates in Ukraine
Ukrainian Authority the “National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Provision of Postal Services” (NCEC) made a new Decision no. 81 dated 12.02.2025 “On approval of generalized conditions for the use of radio equipment or radiating devices” (the “Decision”).
According to the Decision, below radio equipment can be used without additional permission from NCEC:

The technical requirements for RLAN radio access terminal equipment (Wi-Fi adapter, radio module, other consumer products) applying 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax technologies in 2.4GHz and 5GHz are partially adjusted as well.
