NCC published type approval regulation and Type approval Business Rule

Nigerian Communication Commission(NCC) issued type approval regulation on July 29th, 2024 and Type approval Business Rule in August 2024.

The type approval process remain the same and the main point is related to label requirement.

All approved equipment are required to affix NCC label as below. If the equipment is too small, it is allowed to be included the NCC label in User manual or on the packaging.
