Algeria ARPCE Publishes new Executive decree no. 26-97 for type approval procedure

The Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communication électronique (ARPCE) published new Executive decree no. 26-97 for type approval procedure which is implemented on 15th February 2026.

The main changes are as below:

- Certificate validity is changed to 5 years.

- The application will be submitted through dedicated electronic platform.

- The label format as below and if the label cannot be affixed to the equipment, it must be affixed to its manual or packaging
