| Hong Kong Office of the Communication Authority (OFCA) recently allowed WLAN devices to use band of 5925-6425 MHz while publishing a new Performance Specification HKCA 1081, which defines the technical requirement as below: 
 1. The allowable frequency range is 5925 – 6425 MHz 
 2. For WiFi 6E devices, Access Points is under the compulsory certification scheme and requires compulsory labelling; however, for client devices, such as smartphones, tablets, etc., certification and labelling are voluntary. 
 3. The different maximum output power limits toward operating locations are indicated below:Indoor: 24 dBm EIRPOutdoor: 14 dBm EIRP. 
 4. The apparatus shall meet the technical requirements specified in the standard EN 303 687 “6 GHz WAS/RLAN; Harmonized Standard for access to radio spectrum” 1 published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (“ETSI”).
