Haiti Conditions Impacted Approval Process

The Director General of Conseil National des Télécommunications (CONATEL) has passed away recently. CONATEL is in the process of nominating a new Director General which will take some time. The Approval process at CONATEL is consequently impacted with uncontrollable lead time and possible delays on current applications.
