MOC issued a Wireless Telegraphy Regulations (Exemption from licensing) (Amendment) 5784-2024
In October 2024, Israel's Ministry of Communication proposed a new amendment to the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations. The proposed amendment expands the exemption from import licensing (conformity approval) for the following wireless devices as detailed in the regulation.
The below items have been added to the exemption list:
· Household or office projectors, bearing a CE mark.
· Gaming Console, bearing a CE mark.
· Wireless chargers, bearing a CE mark.
· Cochlear implants (hearing aid).

MOC issued Wireless Regulations amendment No. 5722-2022 (amendment to the label requirement).
On July 04, 2022, the Ministry of Communications (MoC) approved the new SRD regulations, the new regulation includes an amendment to the label requirements, the certificate holder now can use their identification number or the product approval number for the required label.
Previously, the product approval number is mandatory to print it with the required MOC label.

MOC issued Wireless Regulations amendment No. 5722-2022 (Enable Wifi 6E).
On July 04, 2022, the Ministry of Communications (MoC) approved the new SRD regulations, the regulation mentioned that the frequency band (5925-6425MHz with 200mW (EIRP)) is allowed for indoor use only.
