Mongolia CRC Published New Regulation for Certifying Information and Communication Equipment
The Communication Regulatory Commission (CRC) of Mongolia has issued a new Regulation for Certifying Information and Communication Equipment on Feb 13, 2026 under Resolution No. 24. Under the new regulation, the key points are highlighted below:
1. The certification schemes (1a, 4, 6, and 7) are introduced with validity periods of 3 to 4 years, determined by product origin and application type.

2. The renewal/extension process has been removed, meaning extension requests will now be processed as a new application for 3 years extension.
3. Clause 10. 1 specifies that the “Conformity Mark” still not yet implemented on the mandatory type approval certification. CE and FCC marks remain mandatory for market entry in Mongolia.
