Belarus - RF & Telecom regulation TR 2018/024/BY of Belarus was updated on February 17, 2024

The Resolution No. 532 of Council of Ministers of Belarus came into effect on February 17, 2024 making amendments to Technical Regulation “Telecommunications. Security" (TR 2018/024/BY) including updated lists of products, which are subject to conformity assessment in form of mandatory CoC and DoC.

Below items were added to the updated list of products, which are subject to conformity assessment in form of DoC:

- Subscriber devices of the mobile telecommunication system of NB-IoT, New-Radio

- Fifth generation radio access technology (NR) and others.;

- Radio communications equipment related to short-range devices, including radio modules included in other equipment, operating in the frequency range from 25 MHz to 40 GHz. (The frequency range was 25MHz to 30GHz)

*Please note that “Short-range vehicular radars” in this frequency range are not exempted anymore.

Regarding the content of user manual, letter trademarks, proper names, names of settlements and other names and details may be given in other languages. Units of measurement may be given using their international designation.
