Indonesia Authority Ministry of Communication and Digital (KOMGIDI) published Decree No. 46 of 2025 concerning “Radio Frequency Spectrum Based on Class Permits and Technical Standards for Wireless Power Transmission (WPT)” with enforcement date of February 18, 2025.

Accordingly, the following radiofrequency bands are allowed for Wireless Power Transmission (WPT):

-100-148.5kHz

-315-405kHz

-1700-1800kHz

-6765-6795kHz

-13.553-13.567MHz

With the enforcement of Decree No. 46 of 2025, the Technical Standards for Wireless Power Transmission that were previously regulated in the Decree of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology No. 260 of 2024 concerning Technical Standards for Short Range Devices are revoked and d invalid.
