The INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE TELECOMUNICACIONES (IFETEL) published the official agreement on June 16, 2025 confirming the postponement of the enforced date of the Guidelines for the use of the IFT Seal on approved telecom and broadcasting equipment to July 1, 2027.
The official agreement entered into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which is June 17, 2025.
