In October 2024, Israel's Ministry of Communication proposed a new amendment to the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations.
The proposed amendment expands the exemption from import licensing (conformity approval) for the following wireless devices as detailed in the regulation.
The below items have been added to the exemption list:
- Household or office projectors, bearing a CE mark.
- Gaming Console, bearing a CE mark.
- Wireless chargers, bearing a CE mark.
- Cochlear implants (hearing aid).
