Serbian Authority Regulatory Body for Electronic Communications and Postal Activity (RATEL) stopped issuing Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) from January 1, 2025. CoCs issued by RATEL will remain valid until the expiration date.
For renewal applications of CoCs issued by RATEL before, we will apply to other conformity assessment bodies (CABs), e.g. Idvorski laboratorije, Kvalitet a.d..
Since Serbian label contains “identification number of the CAB” and “the year of issue of the CoC”, client should revise the Serbian label accordingly after receiving CoCs from another CAB.
If it’s impossible to put such Serbian label on the equipment, it can be affixed on the package or accompanying documentation instead.
There is no need to change the Serbian label of the products that are already in the Serbian market.
