Following WoWi’s news published in May last year, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of Serbia (RATEL) updated the “Rulebook on the requirements for allocation and use of radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime” (the “Rulebook”), which entered into force on 15 November 2024.
The band of 5945-6425MHz for WAS/RLANs applications is included in this Rulebook and devices complying with the technical requirements can be used without additional authorization.
