According to Memorandum Circular No. 002-07-2024 of National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of Philippines, the frequency band 5925-6425MHz is allowed for HIPERLANs and RLANs SRDs.

This Memorandum Circular was registered on July 8, 2024 and will take effect after fifteen days.

After the enforcement date, we can submit new applications for devices with WIFI6E & WIFI7 functions and/or applications to add these functions to the previous issued certificates.
